The National Alliance for the Development of Community Advice Offices (NADCAO) is a forum of different stakeholders that share the interest and commitment to ensure the sustainability of the sector. The stakeholders, including service providers, donors, membership based organizations, and national NGOs, represent a new and fresh partnership model of different role players and interests, tied together by common concerns and commitments.
