In March 2012,
NADCAO, conducted a capacity building workshop for all 9 provinces in South
Africa. The workshop included training on Central Case Management System.
Based on feedback
from the workshop, Partner Organisations and site visits, the CCMS is currently being
upgraded to include several new features. These updates will "go
live" over the next few weeks. Reports are going to be far more extensive
than were previously available.
